Order terms

Quantities, samples and terms

Minimum order
New projects generally start from approximately 1,000 pcs per style across colors, with approximately 200 pcs per color. This applies to both OEM and ODM. For multi-style orders or established partnerships, quantities may be discussed based on the project.
Sample development
Sample development is a paid service. Fees depend on style complexity, fabric sourcing and development requirements. Sampling takes approximately 7–14 days, depending on style complexity and fabric availability.
Payment
30% deposit after sample confirmation; 70% balance before shipment. Quoted in US dollars and paid by bank transfer.
Shipping & duties
Shipping costs and import duties are paid by the customer.
Lead time
Bulk production takes approximately 12–15 days for simple styles or repeat orders, and 15–20 days for complex styles. Including sampling, material preparation and shipping, we recommend allowing 45 days or more in total.
Quantity tolerance
A variance within ±5% of the ordered quantity is considered normal.
Color variation
Slight shade differences between dye lots of the same fabric are normal.
Style protection
Designs you provide are not reproduced for other customers. Styles we designed are non-exclusive by default, so other customers may choose the same style. Exclusivity is available for a buyout fee, quoted separately.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find your question? Email us or tell us in the inquiry form.

Design & style selection

I do not have my own design. Can we still work together?

Yes. Tell us the product type, the look you want and your expected quantity, and we send design drawings to choose from. Fabric, color and details can still be adjusted, and sampling starts once you confirm.

I only have reference photos, not a tech pack. Can you still work with that?

Yes. Send style photos, design drawings or a reference sample together with your expected quantity, and we can review the style and develop the pattern.

Can I see finished garments of the styles you designed?

Our styles are offered as design drawings, and sampling starts after you choose one, so the first finished piece is your own sample. As with OEM, the bulk quotation follows once the sample is complete.

Could another brand produce the style I choose?

It is possible. Styles we designed are non-exclusive by default, so other customers may choose the same one. If you want it for your brand only, you can pay a buyout fee for exclusivity. Please tell us when you inquire. Designs you provide yourself are never produced for other customers.

Do OEM and ODM differ in minimum order, lead time or process?

No. In both cases fabric is purchased and production scheduled only after the sample is confirmed, so minimum order, sampling, lead time and payment terms are the same. The only difference is who provides the design.

Sampling & quotation

Can I get a quotation before deciding whether to make a sample?

No. The price depends on the actual fabric and workmanship, which are only settled once the sample is made, so we quote bulk production after the sample is complete.

What is the difference between sending a sample garment and sending only images?

With a sample garment we can develop the pattern directly from it and look for similar or substitute fabrics for your reference. With images only, we first need to discuss measurements, fabric and other details before pattern making, so it takes longer.

Can I request changes after receiving the sample?

Yes. You can have a second sample made, for which a fee applies. Or you can place the order directly: we make the revised parts first and send photos for your confirmation before bulk production starts.

Will bulk production match the sample?

Bulk production follows the sample you approved. You can send the approved sample back to us to be used as the production reference, and it is returned to you with the bulk shipment.

Fabric & workmanship

Do I need to supply my own fabric and trims?

No. We work on a full-package basis: we source suitable fabrics and trims for the style and purchase them only after you have confirmed the options. If you would prefer to use your own fabric, we are happy to discuss it.

Can I change the fabric after placing the order?

No. Once the order is confirmed we purchase the bulk fabric and it cannot be changed, so please confirm fabric and color against the sample and swatches before ordering.

How is printing done?

It depends on quantity: screen printing for larger runs and digital printing for smaller ones.

Can you produce our own labels, hangtags and packaging?

Yes. Hangtags, labels and packaging can all be customised to your brand.

Inspection & shipping

What do you check before shipment?

Finished goods go through a basic inspection covering fabric, stitching, loose threads, and the main and care labels.

What if I find defects after receiving the goods?

Please inspect the goods within 7 days of receipt and send us the affected items, quantities and photos. Once a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we arrange a repair, a remake or a deduction from the amount due, depending on the case. Quantity differences within the stated tolerance and slight shade differences between dye lots are not defects.

How do you ship, and do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship overseas. We arrange express, air or sea freight, and goods are packed and shipped once the balance is settled.
